Swedish Maritime Administration Code of Statutes
These pages contain digital versions of the Swedish Maritime Administration’s regulations and general advice in force. The statutes are available in Swedish only.
The statutes are displayed in two lists: a subject list, which presents the statutes according to subject, and a chronological list, which presents the statutes according to statute number (that is, year of publication and serial number). The lists are updated continuously.
Original statutes and amending statutes are available in separate documents. In other words, original statutes and amending statutes are not consolidated.
On these pages, the Swedish Maritime Administration’s regulations and general advice are available as pdf documents. In order to read pdf documents, you need an installation of Acrobat Reader on your computer.
