Älvsborgs Bridge
Hang Bridge with 418 m span and 45 m free vertical clearance over MHSL at a width of 100 m. The area on the bridge where 45 m free vertical clearance is in force is marked with blue- and white signs and floodlight.

Götaälvbron
Bascule bridge with fixed side spans. The bascule span is 20 m wide and has a vertical clearance of 18.3 m above MHSL.
The central span can be used only by vessels which can’t pass through the side spans and only after green light from the bridge.
The side spans are 27 m wide and have a vertical clearance of 17.1 m above MHSL. The south span is allocated for vessels heading upstream and the north span for vessels heading downstream. The side spans are allowed to pass without any signals from the vessels or the bridge.
Vessels, able to lower the masts shall use the possibility to reduce the “air draught” to 18.3 m or less, so the vessels can pass without bridge opening.
Times for bridge opening, Götaälvbron
Bridge opening possible day and night with exception for workdays between 0600 - 0900 and 1500 - 1800. For vessels heading downstreams can bridgeopening be ordered of seaworthiness reasons.

Marieholmsbron
Swing bridge (railway bridge) with two passages. Vertical clearance of 5.9 m. The easterly passage is for northbound traffic and the westerly passage is for southbound traffic. Booth openings are 22.5 m wide.
The bridge will be opened on request, if it fits with the railway traffic.
