If you find a mine
Anyone encountering a dangerous object – such as mustard gas, ammunition or mines – must not under any circumstances handle it themselves.
Contact immediately the Swedish Search and Rescue Centre (JRCC) by radio, VHF channel 16, or SOS Alarm on telephone number 112.
Objects suspected of being dangerous must not under any circumstances be taken into a built up area.
Fishermen, marine contractors, divers and others operating in areas with a likelihood of encountering chemical weapons are to have suitable first aid cleaning materials on hand. These can be ordered at chemists and drug stores (Apotek).
