The Swedish Maritime Administration carries out procurements in accordance with applicable regulations. The primary law governing procurement processes in Sweden is the Public Procurement Act, which is based on several EC directives. Further information available at the Swedish Competition Authority.

From September 1, 2007, the Swedish Competition Authority is responsible for the surveillance of procurement processes. The National Board for Public Procurement (NOU) has closed down.

From November 11, 2008, tender documents for procurement is available from Allego by following the link below. Any additions/clarifications will be sent out automatically to everyone who is registered and has downloaded the tender documents through Allego.
